- Fat and starch separatorThe starch-laden water (1) entering the separator is sprayed through the spray nozzle (2) to reduce the foam created by the starch and facilitate decantation. The opening of the solenoid valve (3) supplying water to the nozzle is controlled by the operation of the peeling machine.

Sanitation- DecolloiderThe decolloider is a device designed to effectively protect spreading systems, and therefore ensure their longevity, during sludge retraining from the septic tank. The decolloider thus serves as a good warning indicator. The decolloider’s filter is made of pozzolan for improved performance. A model with an integrated declogging column is also available: the DCD.
