Fat and starch separator

The starch-laden water (1) entering the separator is sprayed through the spray nozzle (2) to reduce the foam created by the starch and facilitate decantation.
The opening of the solenoid valve (3) supplying water to the nozzle is controlled by the operation of the peeling machine.
