The company’s Research & Development process relies on a high-performance design and engineering department to develop innovative products. As a result, Saint Dizier environnement products are always perfectly suited to your water treatment projects. Our R&D department in Gondecourt is supported by :
  • a team of experienced engineers and technicians mastering the latest technologies,
  • state-of-the-art CAD tools (hydraulic and structural stability modeling)
  • French, European and international patents demonstrating our capacity for innovation
  • regular publications in national magazines and symposia
  • a permanent presence in national working groups

Saint Dizier environnement has two production workshops, all located in France, in Lille and Nîmes. This production organization enables us to best meet the quality requirements of ISO 9001 certification, and provides greater flexibility in the solutions we offer our customers. With 100% made-in-France manufacturing, Saint Dizier environnement upholds its vision of French-style excellence in technical engineering and product manufacturing.

Our 2024 gender equality index

In accordance with the law of September 5, 2018 for the freedom to choose one’s professional future and its application decree of January 8, 2019 aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men, SAINT DIZIER ENVIRONNEMENT is publishing its Women – Men equality index. This index is a score out of 100 obtained from 4 indicators:
  • Gender pay gap rated out of 40 points. As the number of valid groups for calculating this indicator is less than 40% of our total workforce, this indicator cannot be calculated in our company.
  • Difference in individual rates of increase scored out of 35 points. Score obtained 35.
  • Increases on return from maternity leave rated out of 15 points. Score 15.
  • The presence of women among the company’s highest earners out of 10 points. Score 5.
As the maximum number of points for calculable indicators is insufficient, our company’s index is incalculable.
