Since it was founded over 50 years ago, Saint Dizier Environnement has developed unique expertise in water treatment and management. For 3 generations, the company has proudly carried on its technical and industrial know-how, manufacturing innovative and reliable products in its factories in France.

Saint Dizier Environnement markets
Our target markets are local authorities and industrial sites, road and transport infrastructure (port and airport areas), retail and catering outlets, recycling industries, petroleum sites, renewable energy production sites, stormwater management and treatment facilities and flood control facilities.

Sustainable Development Charter
Saint Dizier environnement has been committed to sustainable development for many years, both in its products and at its various sites.
For several years now, we have been implementing a sustainable development charter with several actions that are regularly monitored:
- On our production sites: reduction of the carbon impact of our industrial activities, rainwater recovery, waste sorting and recovery, integration of resins produced from recycled plastic bottles, installation of photovoltaic panels on our storage area, etc.
- On our R&D and industrialization activities: integration of an eco-design approach, as with our KALIO® range developed as part of ADEME’s Entreprises Engagées pour la Transition Ecologique project.
- On travel: give preference to rail travel, optimize the vehicle fleet with hybrid and electric models, optimize our travel, installation of electric recharging stations at our Gondecourt site.
- 1973: Creation of Saint Dizier SOCOFI, a subsidiary of the Saint Dizier foundry, founded in 1860 and specialized in the manufacture of cast-iron parts for the construction industry. Saint Dizier SOCOFI becomes one of the leading players in water pre-treatment.
- 1996: Following the merger of Separepur in 1992 and Itera in 1994, the new entity was named ISD environnement and pursued a policy of development in stormwater management and treatment.
- 2002: Creation of Saint Dizier Environnement through the merger of PAN environnement with ISD environnement. The company’s status becomes that of a Société par Actions Simplifiées (simplified joint stock company).
- 2010: 2000 companies selected by BPI for their growth potential join the BPI Excellence community
- 2011: CD2E awarded 1st prize for eco-innovation on STOPPOL®.
- 2012: Saint Dizier environnement wins innovation award in the Nord-Pas de Calais region
- 2013: Saint Dizier environnement adopts a new corporate signature “Innovons pour que l’eau vive” (“Let’s innovate so that water can live”)
- 2014: Stoppol certified in Germany
- 2015: SDE sets up in Dortmund, Germany
- 2016: Creation of an English version of the saintdizierenvironnement.eu website
- 2017 : Saint Dizier Environnement receives the Coq bleu label from BPI, which is distinguished by the French Fab.
- 2021 : Implementation of a sustainable development charter
- 2022 : Acquisition of Source Urbaine, a start-up specializing in rainwater harvesting.
- 2023 : Integration into BPI’s Coq Vert community for our commitment to the ecological transition. Celebration of the company’s 50th anniversary. Launch of the KALIO® range
