Careening activities<\/strong> account for a significant proportion of pollution in<\/strong> both inland and seaports<\/strong>. As a source of heavy metals, suspended solids and organic loads, treatment of these effluents<\/strong> is essential to prevent pollution of harbor sediments<\/strong> and ensure good quality bathing water<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

In the field of careening water treatment<\/strong>, we have over 10 years’ experience, based in particular on laboratory tests and numerous measurement campaigns on our projects.<\/p>\n

The design<\/h2>\n

We intervene at various stages of careening water treatment<\/strong>: <\/p>\n

  • Collection of these effluents<\/strong>, particularly in the case of slipways subject to tidal swings<\/li>\n
  • Pre-treatment<\/strong> by screening, settling and oil removal<\/li>\n
  • Up to reuse of treated effluent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We develop rustic solutions based on decantation and filtration (with absorption and adsorption), as well as more elaborate solutions using physico-chemical processes.<\/p>\n

    Construction<\/h2>\n

    The general environment of the techniques implemented requires the use of inert materials, such as stainless steel<\/strong> and composite<\/strong> . Depending on the solution chosen, a ready-to-install technical room can be installed close to the treatment plant, housing all the control systems and functions.
