Advantages
Conformity: complies with the most stringent French (ministerial order of 21 July 2015) and European (EN 12566-3) standards and regulations. Model tested according to the performance tests of CE marking and assessed for the variations in load and intermittent nature.
Performance and reliability: double primary settling (better primary settling and grease retention, buffering of peak flow rates, more active anaerobic digestion of primary sludge) and biological reactor with fluidised bed (purification performance, clog-free media, low energy consumption, low production of biological sludge, high-yield air distributors)
Easy installation: low encumbrance on the ground and model suited for installation in all conditions on the terrain (reduced plots, terraced or sloped terrain, presence of groundwater, under road surface, above ground...)
Light and inert materials to domestic wastewater
Economic model: delivered ready-to-install, simple model with reliable operation, model easy to relocate
Versatility: possibility to reinforce in the presence of a water table
Compact installation: buried installation, partially buried or above ground with long installation, as an L or as a U
Decennial warranty via insurance supplemented by an Epers
Size: 21 to 50 EH
Application
The O2FIX® compact biological treatment plant is intended for treating domestic and industrial wastewater:
from small collective units, villages or hamlets
of housing developments, public buildings
hotels, bed and breakfast and camp grounds
commercial and industrial sites
for living set-ups, sites and camps
Description
Design
Polyethylene tank with ribbed structure with reinforcements
Maximum backfill height above the tank (under green spaces): 0,38 m
Biological reactor with fluidised bed with high-performance media support (biological specific surface: 850 m²/m³)
Gravity and modular design with 4 tanks according to installation constraints
Connections using pipes
1 access well per tank with cover Ø 600 made of A15 combined with an access hatch
Control panel for wall installation and installation in a building. Idem for the compressor.
Operation
The O2FIX® biological treatment plant is comprised of:
double tank primary settler: run-of-river pretreatment, settling of TTS, grease retention, optimisation of anaerobic digestion of sludge (primary and biological with surplus storage) aiming to reduce the volume of sludge to be extracted.
biological reactor with fluidised bed: design validated by hydraulic control combined with the properties of the biological support and with the performance of the air distributors supplied by a compressor with high reliability.
secondary settler: separation of biological sludge before discharge; excess sludge is then withdrawn and transferred to the primary settler. The treated water can be discharged into the surface environment or via infiltration into the ground or be re-used after a post-treatment.
