Application

Interceptor collects free oil and intercepts the solid
matter (sand, mud...)

Operation

  • The trap compartment is calculated to obtain 100 liters x NS

  • The interceptor compartment is dimensioned for a free oil discharge less than 5mg/L in the test conditions of standard NF EN 858-1

  • When the nominal flow rate is reached, excess flow overflow by bypass

Design

  • High density polyethylene tank

  • Built-in bypass sized for 5 x NS (l/s) peak flow

  • Coalescing filter in crosslinked polyurethane (expendable) - MOUSSE350 et MOUSSE600

  • Vertical polyethylene automatic closing-off device with lip seal calibrated for oil density at 0.85

  • Resistance class 1d according to NF P16-451/CN

  • Connections : input and output with lip seal

  • Polyethylene manholes for extensions and covers Ø 650 mm for NS 3 and Ø 780 mm for NS 6 and 10, in option
