Descriptif

Sludge trap / Oil interceptor made of coated steel EN 858-1, Lamellar filter model

  • Coalescence on honeycomb lamellar filter made of polypropylene

  • Honeycomb lamellar filter protective screen

  • Vertical polyethylene automatic closing-off device with lip seal calibrated for oil density at 0.85

Conception

  • Made of S235 steel protected after SA 2,5 sanding according
    to ISO 8501-1 by an epoxy-polyester powder coating thickness 600 µm

  • Coalescence on honeycomb lamellar filter made of polypropylene

  • Vertical polyethylene automatic closing-off device with lip seal calibrated for oil density at 0.85

  • Resistance class 1d

  • Connections : input and output with lip seal

  • Manholes Ø 960 mm

Fonctionnement

  • The trap compartment is calculated to obtain 100 liters x NS

  • The interceptor compartment is dimensioned for a free oil discharge less than
    5mg/L in the test conditions of standard EN 858-1
