Descriptif

Class 1 sudge trap oil separator according to NF EN 858-1 with bypass and structure honeycombs type BHDCE coated steel, with :

  • Retention time > 190 s

  • Integrated bypass

  • Coalescence on honeycomb lamellar filter made of
    polypropylene

  • Automatic shut-off device

Conception

  • Made of S235 steel assembled on flat bottoms, protected after sandblasting SA 2.5 according to ISO 8501-1 by a hot-cured polyurethane coating 600 µm thick.

  • Retention time > 190 s

  • By-pass designed for a peak flow of 5 x NS (l/s)

  • Coalescence on polypropylene honeycombs

  • Automatic shutter device with lip seal, tared for hydrocarbons of density 0.85

  • Resistance class 1d according to NF P 16-451-1/CN

  • Connections : by tubing (except ND400 by lip seals)

  • Access wells Ø 960 mm

Fonctionnement

  • As soon as the nominal flow is reached, the excess flow is monitored by the by-pass

  • The sludge trap compartment is designed for a surface hydraulic load of less than 50 m/h and a working volume of 100 litres x NS

  • The sludge trap compartment is dimensioned for a free hydrocarbon release of less than 5 mg/l under the test conditions of EN 858-1
