Application :

The CYMO® system allows a volume of water to be depressurised, without any external input, and released in the form of an evenly distributed sheet of water. The sludge deposits on the invert are then evacuated.

Conception :

The system consists of a suction head attached to the upper part of the flush tank. The sealing of the tank and vacuum creation are achieved by a set of vacuum pump, compressor, and valve system. Precise control of the water level in the tank is ensured by float systems. The entire setup is managed by a control box that receives data regarding the filling status of the basin (empty basin, basin in the process of filling).

Fonctionnement :

From the beginning of the basin filling process, a vacuum system in the flush tank draws in a certain volume of water from the basin. Then, when the basin is completely empty, venting the tank releases this volume of water, which then evacuates the sludge deposited on the foundation toward the receiving area. This system allows for a complete rinsing of the foundation, even in case of partial filling of the basin. The entire process is automatically controlled by a control cabinet.
