Application
The CYMO® system makes it possible to generate a depression in a volume of water, without anything additional, and to release it in the form of an equi-distributed waterfall.
The sludge deposits on the invert are then removed.
Conception
The system is comprised of a suction head fastened on the upper part of the flushing tank.
Closing off the flushing tank and the pressurising are carried out for example by a unit comprising a vacuum pump, compressor and set of values.
A precise control of the level of the water in the tank is provided via a system of floaters.
The unit is controlled by a control panel that receives the data concerning the state of the filling of the basin (empty basin, filling in progress).
Fonctionnement
Right from the beginning of the filling of the basin, a pressurising system system for the flushing tank sucks a certain volume of water from the basin.
Then, when the basin is completely empty, placing the tank in the open air releases this volume of water, which then removes the sludge deposited on the invert to the receiving zone. This system allows for a full rinsing of the invert, even in the case where the basin is only partially filled. The unit controlled automatically by a control cabinet.
